On Dec. 15 the City of Superior Common Council passed a resolution referring a proposed amendment to the project plan for Tax Incremental District (TID) Number 13 to the plan commission for review and appointed Planning Director Jason Sirk as the city’s representative to the joint review board.
A councilor moved and seconded the resolution; the motion carried by voice vote.
The action sends the proposed TID plan amendment to the plan commission for analysis and names the city representative who will participate on the joint review board as the amendment proceeds through review.
