Charles Mix County approves two plats in White Swan and Signal townships

The county commission approved the plats for Aaron’s Addition in White Swan Township and Lot 1A of DeHaan First Subdivision in Signal Township during its Sept. 2 meeting; both motions carried unanimously.
The Charles Mix County Board of Commissioners approved two land plats during its regular meeting Sept. 2 in Lake Andes.
The board voted to approve the plat of Aaron’s Addition in the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 1, T96N, R66W of the 5th P.M., White Swan Township, near 379th Ave and 291st St. The motion was made by Chairman Colin Soukup and seconded by Vice Chairman Nick Stotz; all commissioners voted in favor.
The board also approved the plat of Lot 1A of DeHaan First Subdivision, an addition in the west half of the northeast quarter of Section 23, T98N, R68W of the 5th P.M., Signal Township, near 282nd Ave and 367th St. That motion was made by Stotz and seconded by Commissioner Kory Standy; the motion carried with all in favor.
The minutes record both plats with their legal descriptions and locations. No petitions, objections, or conditions were recorded in the meeting minutes at the time of approval.
