Mary Hickerson elected vice chair by acclamation

The committee began the meeting by approving the minutes from the previous meeting; the minutes were approved following a motion and a second. When nominations for vice chair opened, a member said, "I nominate Mary Hickerson," and no additional nominations were offered. The chair declared, "Nomination cease and Mary be elected by acclamation," and the committee recorded the ayes.
There was no further discussion on the vice chair nomination. The committee proceeded with scheduled agenda items, including financial, OSHA, and benefits reports, and later adjourned.
The committee’s next meeting is scheduled for Oct. 30, 2025.
