The ballot lists two candidates for mayor: Michael B. Silliman and Ren Lloyd Hatt. For City Council, the ballot lists four candidates: Tonya Bigelow, Stephanie Crabtree, Conra Weber and Larry G. Packer. Voters may select one candidate for mayor and up to two candidates for council.
Ballot instructions printed on the form direct voters to fill in the oval next to the candidate's name and to use a black or blue ballpoint pen. The ballot advises voters to contact the County Clerk's office if the ballot is torn, defaced or wrongly marked.
