Adam Adita, Taos High School culinary arts teacher, told the board the district would send 12 students and four adults (two men, two women) and that the conference runs April 30–May 3, 2026. Adita said the program includes instruction from a celebrity chef, hands-on collaboration with other schools and a competition the next day.
