Homeowner Deidre Collins explained the current rear yard was grass and the project will convert that area to an asphalt driveway that slopes down toward the house. The applicant said three square/rectangular drains are included where gravel exists to manage runoff and prevent water from reaching the building foundation.
Board members reviewed plans and images, asked about drainage and lighting, and then voted to approve the application as submitted. The motion passed by voice vote; the applicant and board confirmed the proposed lighting and drain locations on the plans.
The approval covers the fence and driveway work as presented; any additional exterior changes would require a new application or modification request.
