County moves forward with TIF plan amendment to carve out lot and enable redevelopment assistance

Staff emphasized that any financial assistance would require a separate approval process after the plan amendment steps are complete.
The resolution was described as step three of the plan amendment process; the redevelopment commission will hold a public hearing and take final action before the item returns to commissioners for approval of the full plan amendment. Commissioners moved and seconded approval of resolution number 2025-09-24-012; the motion carried 3-0.
