The Plan Commission continued a site-plan appearance request from Sean Kelly for grading work at 940–1050 Indian Spring Drive after officials said the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources visited the site and requested a formal wetland delineation. City planner Amy Barrows asked the commission to continue the item to the October meeting to allow the applicant to obtain the delineation.
Barrows said the applicant has contacted a private wetland delineator and will attempt to complete delineation this fall, but seasonal limits on delineation work mean the project may have to be delayed until spring. If the work is delayed, staff said the site will be stabilized with vegetation this fall and the commission will revisit the application in a subsequent meeting.
A motion to continue the item until the October meeting was made and passed by the commission. The item will return to the agenda after staff receives the delineation report or the applicant requests a spring schedule.
