Resident raises concern about recording of charter review town halls at Southern Rec

City staff responded that the sessions at the Southern Recreation Center are being held as town-hall style public meetings and are not recorded in the same way as official charter review committee meetings held at City Hall. Staff added the city is attempting to hold a public meeting in each district.
