Trustees adopt TASB policy update 1-25 and district-local policy revision FFAC
Summary

The Birdville ISD board unanimously adopted proposed policy revisions recommended by TASB Policy Services (Update 1-25) and approved a district-proposed local policy revision to FFAC at the Sept. 25 meeting.
A trustee moved that the board revise local policies BDAA, EI and FDE (as listed in the packet) as recommended by TASB, and the motion passed by unanimous raised-hand vote. Later the board considered a district-proposed revision to local policy FFAC; a trustee moved approval and the motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
Board comments were brief; the votes were taken by raised hands and recorded as unanimous. The board did not record amendments or dissent on the items during the meeting.
