Sharon Traumberg described the plat as “12 buildable lots already zoned C-2” and said an emergency clause was requested because of “some pending actions and items.” A council member moved to adopt the ordinance and a second was recorded; the council voted to approve the ordinance and the emergency clause.
Why it matters: the plat establishes lot lines and allows property owners and developers to proceed with site-specific permits and development according to the C-2 (general commercial) zoning already in place. No public comments or objections were recorded at the council meeting.
