Library unveils mural page, announces bookmark contest and approves policy updates

The motion to accept the policy changes carried on recorded aye votes: Member Dilley, Member Amsterdam, Member Bridal and Member Fitzpatrick each voted "Aye." The commission also approved minutes from the July 24 meeting.
