Antonio Darnell Johnson pleads to criminal trespass; barred from MARTA until year end

Antonio Darnell Johnson pleaded no contest to criminal trespass on Sept. 23, 2025, in State Court of Clayton County. The negotiated disposition called for 12 months with 20 days to serve, credit for time served, and suspension of the remaining balance provided Johnson does not return to any MARTA facility or use MARTA transportation until Dec. 31, 2025. The state read the factual basis and recommended the sentence; defense counsel Miss Tortorello confirmed the plea agreement and asked the court to accept it. Judge Tammy Long Hayward accepted the plea and imposed the sentence and the transportation ban, warning that violation of the no-return condition could lead to further enforcement and possible arrest.
