Luis Gonzales pleaded no-contest on Sept. 23, 2025, to amended charges arising from a domestic disturbance at Maple Lakes Townhomes in Forest Park. The state said officers responded Aug. 17, 2025, to unit A2 at 4241 Hendricks Drive, where Gonzalez allegedly damaged a wall and a door and made threatening statements toward Jorge Landero Osorio. Per plea negotiations, terroristic threats were reduced to disorderly conduct and other counts were amended. The court accepted a negotiated disposition on count 1 (criminal trespass) and count 2 (disorderly conduct), sentencing Gonzales to 12 months with 26 days to serve, credit for time served, a probated balance, and restitution to the victim to be determined at a hearing the court put on calendar about 30 days out. The court ordered no contact with Jorge Landero Osorio for both counts; count 2 will run consecutive to count 1. The state said it has been in contact with Mr. Osorio but had not yet received documentation of restitution amount. Judge Tammy Long Hayward warned Gonzales that contact with the victim could lead to bond revocation, new charges, or aggravated stalking charges carrying felony exposure of up to 10 years and $10,000 in fines, as noted on the record. The court asked prosecutors to coordinate a restitution hearing date, and staff were instructed to set the hearing roughly 30 days ahead.
