Court closes probation revocation for Fatima Bright, credits time served

Defense attorney Miss Tortorello asked the court to grant credit for approximately eight days Bright had been jailed; probation recommended revoking 30 days, suspending the balance, and closing the case. Judge Tammy Long Hayward granted credit for time served, suspended the remaining balance and closed the case. During the hearing Bright described unstable housing and ongoing medical issues; those remarks were part of the court record but did not alter the court’s disposition. No restitution or additional conditions were announced at the hearing.
