The Wilson County Planning Commission approved two final plats: Barton Village Phase 2, a 123‑lot conservation subdivision on about 40.36 acres on Barton’s Creek Road in Ward 3, and Bridal Commons, a three‑lot subdivision on about 0.79 acres at 217–219 Burdock Street in Ward 2.

Staff presented the Barton Village item as a final plat request and reported no unresolved issues; a motion to approve was made, seconded and carried. Bridal Commons was presented with no remaining comments and staff recommended approval; the commission approved the final plat after a motion and second.

Both approvals followed the commission’s earlier decision to remove these items from the consent agenda so each could be considered individually. Staff will continue final technical reviews prior to recordation of the plats.
