Park City council members adopted the capital improvement plan covering 2026 through 2030 on Sept. 23 after the planning commission found the document consistent with the comprehensive plan. Planning staff said the draft plan had been discussed at a special workshop on Sept. 13, recommended edits were incorporated, and the planning commission voted 5–0 on Sept. 15 that the plan is consistent with the comprehensive plan.
