Village staff noted the property lies outside village limits but within the village’s extraterritorial review area and that the Town of Berry had already approved the map at the plan commission level.
Kevin, identified as senior director of field operations with the Ice Age Trail Alliance, attended to answer questions for trustees. Trustees confirmed the parcel location relative to village property at Hickory Hill and asked for clarification on the thin access strip and surrounding landowners. Staff explained the map’s relation to nearby village property and roadways. The motion to approve the CSM passed by voice vote.
