Sheriff Mark Davis presented the request to amend the schedule to reflect recently enacted requirements. The two new charges cited in the meeting are a $200 fee for an order to remove a person occupying a dwelling and a $150 per‑hour fee for additional law-enforcement assistance related to such actions. Commissioner Kirkendall moved the item and Commissioner Cook seconded it; the court approved the change unanimously.
Court discussion at the meeting was limited to the presentation of the new fee amounts and adoption of the amended schedule. The county will publish the updated schedule of fees and make the charges effective Jan. 1, 2026, as required by state statute.
