She said victims’ red flags and memorials — representing victims who either lived in Hardin County or had ties to the county — will be posted on the courthouse’s new touchscreen displays with assistance from county IT staff led by Aaron and his team.
The court recorded broad support for the observance; officials noted the notification will be prepared and that Miss Brocker will have the proclamation “ready shortly.” No additional funding or ordinances were proposed; the action was a formal proclamation and expression of county recognition and support for local victim‑services programming.
The proclamation directs county officials to assist with visibility and awareness activities; county IT staff were thanked on the record for integrating the memorial displays into courthouse digital signage.
