Board members noted the remainder of the school’s used furniture inventory comprises miscellaneous desks, office chairs and other items; they discussed a potential site visit to confirm if additional surplus items exist. The board approved the surplus declaration by voice vote and directed staff to coordinate pickup or disposal arrangements and avoid incurring disposal costs where feasible.
