Staff said the property was acquired through code enforcement in February 2021, a court-issued demolition order was received in December 2021, and the condemned structure was demolished in February 2022. The city has since maintained the vacant lot. Staff noted the city previously sold other lots to Habitat for Humanity, including a recent sale of 513 East Washington. Committee members approved the advisory recommendation by roll call; the item will move to the full City Council for final action.
