Hilliard City Council on Sept. 22 approved the consent agenda containing three items: a transfer of a D‑3 liquor license (TRFO) for Yabo's Hilliard to a transferee at the same address; Resolution 25R72 accepting sanitary sewer public improvements for Tarleton Meadows West Section 2 Phase 2B; and Resolution 25R73 appointing members to the Hilliard Lakes Community Authority Board of Trustees.
City counsel explained the liquor transfer application was received on Sept. 16 and staff reviewed it with no objections; because the application arrived after packets were distributed, staff requested its addition to the consent agenda. The council voted to add the transfer to the consent agenda earlier in the meeting and then voted to approve the full consent agenda by voice vote; clerk recorded the roll as all ayes.
No members moved any of the consent items to the regular agenda for separate discussion. The clerk announced the consent vote as carried.
