Elkhart board approves GameTime fitness-equipment contracts for three parks

The Elkhart City Parks and Recreation Board approved contracts with GameTime to supply and install outdoor fitness equipment at Island Park, McNaughton Park and Sterling Park during its July 15 meeting.
