Council adopts annual budget resolution and authorizes one-year membership in regional consortium for evaluation

The membership resolution was described as contingent on whether the village administrator chooses to use consortium services; council said it will join for one year and then revisit the membership to determine value.
Both measures were moved, seconded and adopted by roll call during the meeting.
