On Sept. 23 the Decatur County Board of Commissioners voted to enter executive session to discuss personnel and litigation. Commissioner Jan Godwin moved to go into executive session; Vice Chairman Dennis Brinson seconded and the vote was unanimous. After the closed session the commissioners returned to the board room and voted to resume the public meeting.
Chairman Frank Loeffler stated the board had discussed a litigation matter and a personnel matter and that no action would be taken at that time. The meeting adjourned later the same evening.
