New Castle board unanimously approves personnel report; teacher negotiations to start the next day

Earlier in the meeting Member Jamey Marcum moved to approve the meeting agenda, a motion seconded by Jaci Hadsell and carried 5-0. In administrative updates, Superintendent Matthew Shoemaker said teacher negotiations were scheduled to begin the day after the special session.
