The Community Redevelopment Agency for the City of Safety Harbor on Monday, Sept. 22, adopted its budget for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2025, and ending Sept. 30, 2026, by a 5-0 roll-call vote. The adoption was recorded as Resolution No. 2025-01.
Derek Reeves, assistant development director, presented the item and said the CRA materials are included in the city budget and will be posted to the CRA website and transmitted to Pinellas County for their records. “I’m available for any questions,” Reeves said.
Earlier in the meeting the agency approved minutes from April 21, 2025, by the same unanimous margin. No members of the public rose to comment on the CRA budget during the meeting.
The roll call for the budget motion recorded Vice Mayor Diaz, Commissioner Steingold, Commissioner Massore, Commissioner Verma and Mayor Ames each voting “aye.” The meeting adjourned after the vote.
No amendments, contingencies, or follow-up tasks were recorded in the transcript; staff noted the adopted materials would be posted and transmitted as described.
