The Wayne Planning Board was told Sept. 18 that a previously scheduled site‑plan review has been postponed at the applicant’s request and that the application will return only after the applicant submits a revised plan.
Planning staff said the applicant requested a postponement and will come back with a revised submission. “He has to get this plan to me two weeks before the meeting,” a staff member said, adding that the board will evaluate the revised submission for completeness when it is filed. The board noted that because the applicant requested an extension the timeline is indefinite until a new plan is submitted.
Board members confirmed that a rescheduled site visit and hearing will be arranged only after the applicant files the revised plan in time to meet submission deadlines. No new dates or approvals were set at the meeting.
