Heat wave expected this weekend; highs near 90 for Highlands area

"We're gonna be seeing a big rise in temperature this weekend with tonight being a high of 90 and a low of 60, making some hot weather for tonight's game," Ben said.
The announcement did not include heat-advisory guidance, outdoor-safety recommendations, or official weather-watch products from the National Weather Service.
Students and attendees were reminded the forecast came from the student weather segment; no official school weather or athletic modifications were announced.
