The Peabody City Planning Board on Sept. 18, 2025, received a late communication from Attorney John Kelty and granted the applicant an extension of time to Oct. 2, 2025, for the matter of 15 Sylvan Street.
Staff told the board that the project’s peer review had been returned the previous week but that some samples and documentation noted in the review were not supplied with the submittal. Attorney Kelty said the outstanding items were those the engineer expected to address: “Most significantly, they were looking for more soil samples, and they were actually samples that were already done we didn't supply,” Kelty said.
The board voted unanimously to receive the late communication and to grant the requested extension. Staff indicated the applicant expects to return with the peer-review responses at the next meeting.
