County staff announced that the county has selected a project manager for a data-conversion project with Tyler Technologies and that the data migration is planned to start in October.

Amy, a county staff member, told the committee: "the county has chosen a project manager for our data conversion with Tyler, and we will be getting that started, October." She asked if members had questions and received none.

Committee members were also reminded that a group from Illinois Extension is visiting the meeting as part of a local leadership program; staff invited members to speak briefly with the visitors after the meeting.
