The Zoning Board of Appeals on Sept. 18 granted a continuance in a matter involving ACN Trayum LLC and property at 547 Highland Avenue to allow the applicant time to evaluate a building-inspector letter received the day before the meeting.
Attorney Peter Salino told the board that a recent communication from the building inspector’s office said a 2015 variance had been acted upon; the applicant requested time to determine how that affects the current petition for a medical office building and related signage. Given the letter’s timing, the petitioner moved to table the hearing to the October meeting to study the new information.
The board confirmed board members present had reviewed recordings of the prior hearing and voted to grant the continuance. The motion to table carried unanimously.
Next steps: The applicant will review the building-inspector letter and return in October with any necessary changes to the petition.
