A motion to place the governing body’s financial reports on file passed unanimously after a roll-call vote during the meeting. Board member Greg moved to place the financial reports on file; Board member Zanecki seconded the motion. The roll call recorded ayes from Aretha, Greg, Gary, Doug, Sandy and Joe, and the motion carried.
The vote followed an earlier procedural motion to reconvene/open the meeting, which passed on a roll call after being moved by Savage and seconded by Billard. Later in the meeting, members approved a motion to adjourn; that motion was seconded by Small and carried on an affirmative voice vote.
The body scheduled its next meeting for Oct. 16 at 9:30 a.m.
