Finance committee member Joe (board) said the change would allow a smaller group to dig into detailed expense lines in a conversational setting and prepare concise, focused summaries for the full board and the public about key budget drivers. “What I would envision happening during the broader board is kind of the zoomed out view,” he said, adding that the committee would produce meeting minutes and a timeline for the budget season.
