Juan Penzone spoke from the public and asked the commission to hold the developer accountable for commitments in the site plan, particularly traffic mitigation measures; city staff said those commitments are part of the approved materials and will be conditions of approval.
Commissioner Goode recessed briefly to confirm the record, and the commission returned to approve the site plan by a unanimous vote.
