The recommendation reflects the Zoning Hearing Officer's review of the record from the public hearing; no public comment was offered at the Sept. 17 recommendation meeting. The Hearing Officer did not adopt any alternative conditions or direct staff to negotiate a different setback in this session.
The recommendation will be forwarded to the DuPage County Development Committee for further consideration; the committee will decide whether to adopt, modify or reject the recommendation.
