Jonah Jacobson, parks superintendent, told the Parks Advisory Committee on Sept. 17 that the city’s new paid-parking system at Glen Auto Park has produced net weekend revenue since it began collecting in July.
Jacobson said the total net revenue figure on the financial summary was $13,655. “So it's generating some income on the on the weekends,” he told committee members. He said collections are limited to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays “through the busiest times.”
