Several committee members offered trailer options during the meeting; one committee member said they had a 12‑foot trailer that might work. City staff said they would email Jesse and copy volunteer committee members Mac Plummer and Tony Rich to coordinate logistics.
No formal action was required; staff handled the coordination as a logistical request.
