Jeff Brown, economic and strategic opportunities director, said he will work with permits and licensing to prepare the information and suggested fees are often presented as per-square-foot or tiered by project size. "I'll get with permits and licensing and figure out the best way to present that information," Brown said.
Board members also discussed Biketoberfest and the city's event-guideline update; staff reported the existing guidelines from prior updates remain in place until the agreement and guidelines are revised and returned to the commission. Board members indicated October would be a target timeline for any new bike-week guidelines to be in place for organizers.
