Kevin Butler, counsel for the applicant, said Ululiano has more than two decades of industry experience and previously served as manager of record at the Holiday Inn Express in Cambridge without incident. Butler said Ululiano is a U.S. citizen familiar with the Commonwealth's alcohol rules and the commission’s processes; commissioners moved and seconded to approve the change of manager application.
No opposition was recorded during the hearing; commissioners announced approval on motion and second.
