The Revere License Commission approved a one-day common victualer and entertainment license for Todd R. Angeli to host a motorcycle-run fundraiser on Oct. 18, 2025, at 649 Squire Road, with expected activities including registration, a group ride and on-site family-friendly entertainment.
Angeli said the event would begin with registration at 9 a.m., include a registered ride routed through Revere and neighboring communities, and conclude in the host parking lot with a DJ and a small trio. He said two to three food trucks would register with the Board of Health and that he expected food-truck operators and a trio to donate time so proceeds can go to four charities named in the application. Angeli also said he would coordinate with Revere and neighboring police and ambulance services to secure details for road management and on-site safety.
During public comment an attendee with experience in prior rides asked about route planning and traffic control; Angeli said Sergeant Fantasia and Everett officers who design similar routes were involved and that he had driven the route. He acknowledged uncertainty in final rider numbers but said prior rides he’s taken part in drew roughly 100–200 riders.
Commissioners approved the one-day license at the hearing. The approval included the city’s standard expectation that organizers coordinate with police, fire and health departments on details such as routing, officer details and vendor registration.
