Trustee Stokbrand suggested exploring assessment options or community funding for more substantial traffic‑calming infrastructure. The motion to adopt Ordinance 3075 passed by roll call vote, 4–0. The ordinance modifies traffic control on North Larkin at East Olive as recommended by the Public Works Committee and staff. Ending: Village staff and trustees said they will continue to evaluate additional traffic‑calming measures as part of future planning work, but the stop‑sign installation was approved as an immediate safety step.
