Kingman — The City Council on Sept. 16 approved a purchase of new driving‑range lighting for Surbak Cliffs at a cost of $129,999 plus any permitting fees, using a Sourcewell cooperative contract (041123‑MSL) with Musco Sports Lighting LLC. City staff recommended approval and the city manager clarified the item was pulled earlier to correct a misstatement: the procurement is for new lighting rather than a replacement.
The council approved the purchase after the manager’s clarification. Funding will come from the capital projects fund and staff noted that applicable permitting fees would be additional. No vote tally beyond “motion carries” was provided in the verbal record.
