Facilities staff told the committee that paperwork on a stormwater agreement for Hendrickson Field is signed on the district’s side and that the township experienced a change in management during the process.
Staff said former township manager William Webb stepped down and the new manager, Sean Halbaum, has taken the file. Facilities staff reported receiving a signed document from the township contact and said they will follow up with Sean Halbaum to confirm the township’s remaining steps and to develop a milestone chart that shows how the stormwater work will affect athletic scheduling and users, including SRA, which uses the field.
No construction schedule or start date was finalized at the committee meeting; staff said they will report timing and homeowner coordination back to the committee when the township confirms next steps.
The committee did not take a formal vote; the item remains in staff follow-up.
