Commissioners and volunteers discussed staffing: one member said she would be at the booth from opening until 3 p.m. and asked for someone to close it out from 3 to 4 p.m.; another said she would cover lunchtime (about 11 a.m.–1 p.m.) and return at 3 p.m. to help pack up. The commission agreed not to host an active presentation at the booth but to use a backdrop of historic Indiana Avenue photographs, distribute informational materials and hand out small stickers as giveaways.
Members decided not to sell coloring books at the booth this year, and confirmed the commission will provide brochures, kids’ activities, and sun catchers for visitors. The city planner agreed to deliver the tent and materials on the morning of the fair.
Volunteers were asked to coordinate arrival and setup; no formal vote occurred. The booth is intended for public outreach and information about local preservation activities.
