Facilities staff said 14 questions and two requests for site walks were recorded; responses were posted to the district website by 4 p.m. on Sept. 12. Committee staff will shortlist architects after proposal submissions and schedule interviews between Oct. 7 and Oct. 9 (dates to be finalized). The selected architect is proposed to be presented to the board for approval on Oct. 28.
The facilities committee asked that CHA be included in the architect interview process; staff said CHA representatives will be invited to sit in on interviews.
No contract award was made at the committee meeting; staff will return with shortlisted candidates and interview schedules.
