One member offered roughly 30 old wood windows available for a hands‑on session, and the commission discussed locating a suitable workspace and reaching out to a former local preservation practitioner (referred to as Alicia) who has previously led window work. No date was finalized; members said October is crowded and that November or early next year are options. The commission asked members to track availability and potential venues and to follow up with the mason and local contacts.
No formal motions were recorded on Sept. 16; the commission directed members to continue outreach and to report dates or confirmations at future meetings.
