Miss Standridge, staff member, presented the funding agreement and asked the committee to execute the agreement for the requested match amount of $24,006.35. Staff said the amount would be paid from the tourism capital fund; at the end of the fiscal year staff projected approximately $420,000 in contingency in that fund and said the match would come from that balance. The committee moved, seconded and approved the funding agreement by voice vote.
Staff said the project and funding were previously briefed to the projects committee and that the funding agreement simply executes the previously described match amount.
