Attorney Joseph Wang told the board the application seeks three changes: to restore Sinyu Lau as manager of record for this location, to reflect that Shuyi Mei will not be a stockholder/officer/director, and to update the company’s offices and directors after an internal reorganization. Wang described the manager reinstatement as a reversal of an earlier change made during the reorganization.
The board discussion included a description of the premises and uses: the entire premise was described as approximately 23,500 square feet, with the restaurant occupying about 7,500 square feet and the lower level about 16,000 square feet, which the applicant said includes a roughly 5,000-square-foot karaoke room and a 3,500-square-foot function space. Board members recorded an affirmative voice vote to approve the amendments.
